Fence post repair in Cypress, TX is the fix that keeps the rest of your fence standing. Cypress Fence Repair repairs rotted, leaning, broken, and loose posts on residential wood fences in Towne Lake, Bridgeland, Coles Crossing, Canyon Lakes, Blackhorse Ranch, and Lakewood Forest, plus nearby Spring, Tomball, Katy, and Jersey Village.
A failed post takes the panels with it, so we fix the post itself instead of bracing the problem. Loose posts are re-plumbed and re-set in concrete. Rotted or snapped posts are dug out, replaced, set in concrete, and the existing panels are tied back in, so you do not have to replace the whole run.

Posts fail in a few predictable ways. Here is how we fix each one.
Wood posts rot where they meet the ground, where moisture sits longest. Once the wood is soft, the post can no longer hold the panels. We dig out the rotted post, set a new one in concrete, and re-attach the rails and pickets.
When a post works loose in Cypress clay, the fence starts to lean, a little more after every heavy rain or windy week. If the post is still sound, we re-plumb it and re-set it in concrete.
Wind and storms snap posts that are already weak. A snapped post leaves the panels on either side hanging. We replace it and tie the existing sections back in.
If you can rock a section by hand, the post is moving in the ground. Catching it early keeps a small reset from turning into a fallen section.

Posts work loose in the clay soil, especially after heavy rain and wind. Once a post moves, the panels pull it further over time.
Book a pre-priced repair or send a photo of the damage. We come back with a written price, usually the same day.
