Rails are the horizontal boards that hold the pickets. When a rail cracks or rots, the pickets above it sag and pull loose. We replace the rail and re-fasten the pickets to it.
When a panel is too far gone to patch, we tear it out and rebuild it in the same style as the rest of your fence.
Panels blown flat or carried into the yard are stood back up, broken parts replaced, and the posts reset.
